Not so much the same... anymore

It started out that Lexi and Allie looked very much alike as little babies, but as Allie grows older, there are very clear differences between them.

Both of these pictures were taken on their 1st birthdays

Allie

Lexi

You can tell they are sisters.... Allie is getting the same curly hair as Lexi. It will be fun to see them grow!

Santa came to see us at Preschool!

At our Preschool Christmas Party, Santa and Mrs. Claus came to see us. I thought Lexi would be scared, but she did great!!!

Allie did pretty well... she didn't cry, but she didn't smile. She just kept staring at him! haha

Lexi told Santa what she wanted for Christmas: Presents for her friends!!
(What a proud Mommy moment!)

Eating the treat they gave to the kids

Then we got to make Ginger Bread Houses.

Allie's 1st Birthday Party

Allie's party was a lot of fun. We had 37 people in our little house. It was wild. It was pretty cold that day, but thankfully kids dont seem to mind and played outside anyway.

The theme for her party was Ladybugs

Allie and Uncle Curtis acting like ballerinas

Allie and our friend Sammy

The ladybug pinata. It was a pull string pinata, so all the kids held onto a string and we all pulled at the same time to release the candy

Lexi showing Grandma all of her loot

Allie enjoying her first sucker ever! Of course it had to be blue!

Time for cake!

Opening presents

Playing with her friends

Grammy & Papa visit us!

Grammy and Papa came down to visit with us for a long weekend. They came for Allie's 1st brithday. It was SOOO fun to see them. They just spoil the girls rotten!

Here we are at the airport. Lexi got confused and thought that they lived at the airport! haha

Papa is funny. He put Lexi's shoes on Allie.

A birthday party for birthday buddies

Baby Allie and Baby Emily share the same birthday. So we had a little birthday party for them

Emily's grandma make cakes for the girls

Emily was much more interested in the cake than Allie was.

Lexi enjoyed the cake too!

Blurry, but oh so cute!

These two little girls were a mess.
