We had a great time visiting our friends and family up in Northern California. We decided that we were going to drive instead of fly this time around. Mommy figured that the trip would take us a long time because she thought that I would have a hard time being in my car seat for 8 hours.
To her surprise I did great!!!! Grandma and Mommy decided to leave at 3:30am in hopes that I would sleep most of the trip, and sure enough I did! I only woke up once to eat while Mommy got gas in the car. The trip home was the same story, I slept almost the entire way!
We did lots of things while we were there. Of course we visited our family, but we also were able to visit some of Mommy's friends. One day we met up with Auntie Lauren to help pick out the flowers for her wedding. Another day we went to Auntie Regan's baby shower. She is about ready to pop! My boyfriend Landen is scheduled to arrive in early September.

Mommy tried to get a shot of all 3 of us in the car. She got the side of her head, Grandma looking the other direction, and you can see me in the mirror. Silly Mommy. Next time, just focus on the road!

Lexi, your Mommy has always done crazy things while she was driving. She is the text-master while in a car. She is amazing. Don't worry about her!

You guys are packed up! Glad Lexi was so good for you in the car. Our girls are traveling queens! Makenna has already been on 2 1200 mile car rides and 6 different flights and about to take 8 more in the next month! Crazy!!
