My Trip to Grammy and Papa's House

Well we just got back from Grammy and Papa's. I had a great time, but we were really busy. As soon as we got to Sacramento, we had lunch with Auntie Nicole, then we drove 1.5 hours to Grammy and Papa's house where we were greeted by Papa, then soon after that Grammy got home and Auntie Heather and my cousins came over.

The next day we went to go see Auntie Regan's new baby, then GG came over.

The few days following that are a blur. Mommy went to spend a few days with a friend who got married, so I bounced back and forth between Grammy and Papa, and Auntie Heather's house.

I had a ton of fun, but boy am I tired! I also came home with my Very First Cold. Mommy has been busy taking care of me, so now I am feeling a bit better. (But I do like all the snuggle time I am getting with her.)

My Mommy got to be in Auntie Lauren's wedding while we were there. (She left me with Grammy and Papa, and Auntie Heather for 3 whole days and 2 nights!)

Baby Landen and Auntie Regan

Well we finally got to meet baby Landen. He is now 5 weeks old, and SOOOO cute! I just wanted to kiss him.... but Mommy made me keep my distance. He is SO new, she was afraid I was going to trample him.

Going on a trip

Well its that time again... time to go see Grammy and Papa (and Aunt Heather, Uncle Rick and my cousins Caroline and Jack... and all of our other friends and family up in Northern California.)

I get to go on a plane tomorrow. I'm really excited. Mommy keeps telling me that she hopes that I'm a good girl on the trip because Daddy cant come with us this time. (We'll see about that!)

We are going to be doing lots of fun things (well... mostly Mommy gets to do the fun things). We get to meet Auntie Regan's baby who is only 4 weeks old. Mommy also gets to be in Auntie Lauren's wedding. So while Mommy is off having fun with her friends, I get to have some exclusive time with Grammy and Papa. They are really looking forward to seeing me. Its been 2 months since they saw me last... I think they are going through withdrawals.

So you wont see any new pictures of me for a week. I hope you can handle it. But there will be lots of pictures to share once we get back!

My Cousin Jack = My Idol

So I am constantly trying to catch up to my cousin Jack. I almost have his chunky thighs, I might have curly hair (when I grow some) and I LOVE food. But I can't seem to get the crawling thing down. So that is my next project. But Jack keeps raising the bar... just this week he learned how to climb all the way up his stairs! Hummmmmm...... I think I need to find some stairs!

I'm 6 Months Old

Well its official... I'm 6 months old. I'm half a year. I'm 182 days old.

Today I met with Dr May. She said that I am doing great! Here are my stats:

Weight: 16.15lbs

Length: 26.5 inches

I'm in the 75th% for both categories.

I had to get 4 shots today... but I didn't cry very much. They were over before I knew it!

Peas are NOT good.

New Project: Growing Hair

Because my Uncle Rick doesn't think that I have hair.... here is a picture to prove it. I have enough to officially have a "bad hair day."

Lovin' some Sweet Potatoes

Well Mommy finally gave in. She let me have FOOD! For about 2 weeks she kept giving me YUCKY cereal and didn't get the hint that it was GROSS! But last night she finally let me try the good stuff. And boy was it good! I wanted more, but she told me that I had enough. Bummer. Hopefully she will keep giving me this stuff. I like it!
