My First Christmas

For Christmas we went to Northern California for a week. We had a great time and got to see lots of our friends and family.

I got to open some presents and I recieved lots of fun things like toys, shoes and clothes!

Daddy, Mommy and Me

Auntie Heather did a little photo shoot of our little family. These are our favorites! She did an excellent job!

SNOW!!!!

On our last day at Grammy and Papa's, we woke up to SNOW!!!!! How pretty! Daddy tried to get me to touch it, but as soon as I realized how cold it was, I let him know how unhappy I was about that!

Our Family

The 4 Generations of Women in our family

Great Grandma Bel, Grammy Lilly, Heather and Caroline, Leah and Lexi

Our entire family

Caroline, Rick, Curtis, Heather, Mike, Leah, Lexi, Papa(Kip), Grammy (Lilly) and Jack

Grandparents

These are my Great Grandparents, Harold and Bel

Mommy, Grandma Ann, Grammy Lilly and Me

I didn't get any pictures with Papa because he was sick the entire time I was there. He got to hold me a few times, but he was worried about sharing his germs.

Aunt and Uncles

The entire time we were in Northern California, I got to be snuggled by my Aunt Heather, Uncle Rick and Uncle Curtis! There was lots of love in the air.

Jack got a little jealous that his Mama was holding me, so he crawled right over and sat on her other leg!
Same thing here. He didn't want his Daddy's attention all on me. Silly boy.

Uncle Curtis is funny. Every picture that my Mommy took of us, he made a silly face!

My Cousins, Jack & Caroline

I loved playing with Jack and Caroline. Now that I'm crawling, I can keep up with them... well sort of. (They move much faster than me.) But we had lots of fun playing together.

On Christmas, we all wore matching outfits. We were so cute!

Jack and I played peek-a-boo on this couch all week long. He is SO fun to play with!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Sending you Hugs, Kisses and Christmas Wishes!

We hope that you have a wonderful Christmas!

Spending Christmas With Family

Well early tomorrow morning we will be leaving for Northern California so I can spend my first Christmas with Grammy and Papa. (And of course the rest of my family.)

We'll be sure to take lots of pictures so we can share them with you. But you'll have to be patient until then. We wont be able to post anything for about a week.

Spreading Holiday Cheer

Tonight my Mommy and Grandma took me to see some really nice people at the local Retirement Center. They thought that I would be the perfect one to spread some Holiday Cheer. So I put my Pink Santa Hat on, and held hands with lots of people.

This really nice lady took me out of Grandma's arms so that she could hold me. She was a little unsteady and not quiet strong enough to pick me up, so my Grandma stayed close by. She gave me kisses and hugs. I think that made her really happy. She said that she doesn't get to see her grandchildren very often, so this was a special treat for her.

Santa and Mrs. Claus were there too!

The battle: Me Vs. Mommy

My Mommy's friend, Jessica, doesn't believe that a precious thing like me can throw a tantrum when I dont get my way. Here is Mommy's proof:

Crawling Away

Mom was trying to get me to show off my skills of pulling up, but I decided that I wanted to go do something else. So first I tackled her, then headed for the front door. This crawling thing is coming in pretty handy.

Pulling Up

Today I learned how to pull myself up in my crib!!

Got my ears pierced!!!!

Today I became the most stylish kid on the block. My Mommy and Grandma took me to get my ears pierced.

This is the last time I let them talk me into anything that causes pain. What in the world were they thinking? Getting your ears pierced HURTS!!!!

Claire and I are TWINS!

We have to give credit to the proper party for my outfit. My beautiful cousin Claire was wearing this great outfit when we saw her... and my Mommy HAD to be a copy cat!

Thanks for the idea Claire and Keri. Hope you dont mind!

Oh.... and Claire's Mommy makes these beautiful bows that are in our hair!

If you want one, you can check out her website: http://bebealamodebows.blogspot.com/

I have a bunch of different ones. We just LOVE them!

Then and Now

Last year Mommy (and me in her tummy) got to see some old friends of ours.

This was Christmas 2006

This is Christmas 2007

Mommy used to babysit for them. Stephanie was 2 and her brothers were 3 and 5. Now they are big teenagers that are busy busy busy.

Here is a picture of Me, Mommy, Stephanie and David. (they were 2 and 3 when mommy first met them! They are such beautiful young adults now) Mommy was sad that we didn't get to see Daniel, but he was busy with a Youth event that he had organized.

This is Michelle, who is their cousin. We got to see her again too!

Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer!

Okay... not really. But I have this cute little moose that sings the song for me and I learned how to turn him on all by myself.

Mommy and Daddy are thrilled!!!

Please ignore my outfit. I did have jeans on, but since its cold my Mommy put purple sweat pants on me. I think she forgot how to match!!!! Yikes!

I love my pacifiers!

I love them so much I need 2! One in my mouth and one in my hand!

8 Months Old

Well today I'm 8 months old. I'm still toothless, I'm trying really hard to crawl, and now "Baba" is my favorite word. I'm growing lots of hair, and growing big and strong.

The Christmas tree is my favorite toy right now. There are lots of fun things to eat on there. I think this thing should stay up year round!

Sittin' with Santa

Ok, so Santa is a VERY scary hairy man. Who in the world thought that it was a good idea to put children on his lap? He scared the snot out of me.

Once I got used to the idea that Mommy wasn't going to rescue me until they took a picture, I stopped crying. However, there was NO smiling going on.

Fair is fair. You scare me, I'm not smiling. No matter how silly YOU may look dancing around and making noise.... I'm not going to smile.

My Little Pony Tail

My Mommy held me down long enough so that she could put my hair in a little pony tail. She was SO excited.

When we took it out at the end of the day, I had my very own little mohawk! It was really funny!
