Allie's new favorite word

Gotta love it when they learn words like this. Its super cute right now, but once she starts saying it with attitude, we wont think its so cute.

A Recap of April

By far, April has been the busiest month for us – even compared to the holiday months. We have managed to pack in as much excitement that is humanly possible. We started the month celebrating Lexi’s 3rd birthday, then onto Easter, Grammy and Papa visiting, taking Lexi to a play, taking an airport tour, visiting a Dairy Farm, having a visit from the Henderson Family, going to the beach, and during all of this, Allie decided to start walking full time and is talking up a storm. Her current favorite word is “no.”

If you are not exhausted just reading this, I’d be surprised. We managed to do all of this while still being involved in all of our normal activities (Bible Study, Preschool and MOPS). We have had a busy month, but I’m so grateful that the girls were able to experience all of these fun activities.

Enjoy seeing our month in pictures!

The Henderson's came to visit

My sister Heather, her husband Rick and their kids, Caroline and Jack came to visit us. We had such a good time with them.

We let them play in the water outside of a restaurant. They had so much fun.

We got to go to a really awesome park that has a great duck pond.
The last night they were here, the kids were exhausted. Jack and Lexi, who dont always get along, needed to relax on the couch and have some milk.

The Beach

We took the kids down to Balboa Beach one day and we all had a blast! The greatest thing about it was that all the "Craig Kids" were together. Big sister Heather, Me and our baby brother Curtis. It was so much fun to hang out together.

Lexi has become quite the model. If she isn't making a funny face, she is posing. Too funny.

The kids had so much fun at the beach.

What a fun picture. I caught her throwing sand and took the picture at the right moment.

Jack was a little surprised by how wet he got

If you are wondering where the pictures of Allie are, she had to stay home with Grandma that day. We wanted to have a special day with Lexi.

Dairy Tour

Our MOPS group took a tour of a Dairy Farm. One of our leaders owns it, and invited us to come check it out. The girls had a great time!!

Taking a hay ride
They got to feed the cows and this was their favorite part!

There were a few chicks that the kids got to hold. Lexi LOVED it, but Allie was afraid (But she wasn't afraid of the cows!!??)

Driving the tractor

Airport Tour

With our Mommy and Me Preschool, we got to take a tour of a local airport. It was a lot of fun.

Allie LOVED seeing the airplane take off and land. She was really excited.

"Flying" over to see the next plane
This plane was the one that we got to see take off and land a few times.

Pinocchio the Play

For Lexi's birthday we took her and 2 friends to see the play Pinocchio. They had so much fun!

Lexi is part of the birthday club, so the birthday kids get to come on stage and get a gift. It is such a fun little theater that is perfect to bring kids!

Dont get mad... take a picture

Do I even have to explain?

Grammy and Papa

Grammy and Papa came to visit us for Lexi's birthday and Easter

Little Mermaid Birthday Party

Lexi wanted a Princess Party this year, but specifically an "Ariel" party. So we did just that. We had all of her little friends dress up like princesses, and even had Prince Troy come.
