7 Months

Thats right. I'm 7 months old! Can you believe it?

I had to go to the Dr this morning to get a flu shot. No fun. Shots hurt, and Mommy doesn't get it. She keeps taking me back to get more. Is she crazy?

Dr Tony just loves me. He said today that he wants to take an entire day off just to play with me because I'm so cute. He picked me up and let me touch his face.

Then a thought occurred to me. "Wait... I dont know you! Waaaaah!"

I dont know you, now put me down!!

I dont think that I like strangers holding me. Kind of freaks me out a little.

I weigh a whopping 18 pounds! They didn't measure me this time because I was only there for a shot. And I'm too much of a wiggle worm for mommy to measure me. So we'll have to wait until January when I go back.

Here is a picture of me trying to crawl.

Lexi, this is Makenna, my mommy took me to get my flu shot yesterday. I too am tired of all these shots. It made me cry a little, but I was a big girl this time and it didn't really bother me. I was playing with the tongue stick the dr gave me and it was way more interesting then mommy thought it would be. But now today I have a runny nose! YUCK! Just wanted to say happy birthday to you too. We are getting to be such big girls!

By the way, my mommy is a dork sometimes and lost your mommy's new email address from a couple months ago. Can you ask your mommy to email it to her again? THANKS

Wow! 18 lbs!!?? She IS following in Jack's footsteps! I'm sorry you didn't recognize your Dr. I am sure that your Dr. is very nice to you. Sorry about the shots. Unfortunatly they only get worse. We will wait for that discussion until you get older.
