Today Allie had to see her Dr. He said that she is doing great! She is still not back up to her birth weight, but is 8lbs even.
Mommy has been taking her to a Newborn Healthy Beginnings clinic and they do weight checks on her. Well the nurses there had Mommy really concerned because they said that Allie should be back up to 8lbs 8 oz and eating more than she is. But Dr Saad said that there is nothing to worry about and she is doing just fine.
They are going back next week to do a weight check.
Other than that, Allie is great. She sleeps a lot, never really fussy, and sleeps at night time. Mommy isn't getting much sleep yet because Allie eats so much at night, but they are both doing really well.

are you able to nurse this time? Or are you not trying? I also would not worry about it. It isn't like she is losing weight and 8 pounds is a very good size! Just enjoy your girls and keep the photos coming!
